Offering yoga to marginalized youth in Ottawa since 2004, we are seeking to support the Light within those who may experience the most darkness.  Radha Yoga Youth Outreach operates from the Ottawa Radha Yoga Centre, which has been offering yoga in Ottawa since 1984.

Our outreach includes yoga with: pregnant and parenting teen mothers, homeless or transitional housing shelters for families, youth, and children, children in poverty, youth with eating disorders, the juvenile justice system, children and youth who have experienced abuse, youth with mental health challenges, youth immigrants, unemployed youth, youth recovering from addiction, and alternative high schools.
