Our first ever Yogathon was a huge success! So many thanks go out to Rama Lotus, Santosha, The Radha Yoga Centre, Core-Elations, and Mountain Goat Yoga, and all the yogis and yoginis who supported us.

Offering yoga to marginalized youth in Ottawa for the past five years, we are a not-for-profit charity seeking to support the light within those who may experience the most darkness.

Our outreach includes yoga with: pregnant and parenting teen mothers, homeless or transitional housing shelters for families, youth, and children, children in poverty, youth with eating disorders, the juvenile justice system, children and youth who have experienced abuse, youth with mental health challenges, youth immigrants, unemployed youth, youth recovering from addiction, and alternative high schools.
